Hyundai Motor India is preparing to launch its popular sedan car Hyundai Verna. It is expected to launch early next year. This car has recently been seen during testing. This new generation Hyundai Verna will be the second car in the company’s portfolio, after the recently launched Hyundai Tucson, to see safety features like advanced driver assistant system. The car that was spotted during testing was completely covered.However, the radar has been spotted on the front bumper. From this it is being speculated that the upcoming new car can be equipped with features like ADAS. If this happens, it will be the second new generation car in the ADAS-equipped compact sedan segment after the Honda City E: HEV. The Hyundai Verna will have a completely new design, inspired by the larger Hyundai Elantra. The 2023 Hyundai Verna is expected to feature a bigger grille up front along with sleek headlamps at the bottom.

According to reports, the new Hyundai Verna will be bigger than the current model to take on the likes of Skoda Slavia, Honda City and Volkswagen Vertus. Hopefully the new car will have more space to sit at the rear. The new Hyundai Verna is expected to be loaded with new gadgets apart from a Bose sound system, digital display and a massive 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.Also, the car could come with an electric sunroof for the front seat, ventilation feature and a wireless phone charger, as seen on the older model. However, Hyundai may give the cabin a facelift with a premium theme. The car is expected to come with 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines as well as 1.0-litre turbo petrol engines. Also, this engine will come with 6-speed manual and automatic transmission. The same price is expected to be a slight premium though the estimated car price could be between Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 17.50 lakh.
